About The Position
Position: Full-time permanent salary
Salary: Starting at $50,000/year + bonuses
Hours: Monday to Friday - 35hrs/week

1-2 years minimum experience of proven involvement in a digital marketing and/or account management role
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (marketing, PR, communications, digital media, business administration)
A broad understanding of channel best practices
Ad testing abilities and proven methods for conversion objectives with your knowledge of content
An understanding of how to interpret digital performance using data and analytics
Understanding of social media, eCommerce (Shopify), email software (Klaviyo), and Google (Search Engine Optimization, AdWords, Analytics)
Familiar with Facebook Business Manager and Google Ads
A voracious appetite for knowledge and advancing your skillset
Strong interpersonal skills - meeting with clients and building relationships
Excellent presentation skills - able to communicate complex ideas in a straightforward captivating way
