A million times no. The answer to the question of hiring in-house or agency is not a simple one – and any agency that is all sell sell sell to every customer that walks through their door is not only doing the business owner a disservice, but the agency as well. A marketing partnership, whether it be through an employee, freelancer or an agency, is a marriage. And like any marriage, the partners must be compatible.
